How do I take fempow CLEANSE?

No, because most of the vitamins contained in our products (e.g., vitamin C, B vitamins such as B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, biotin, folic acid) are water-soluble. These pose a relatively low risk of overdose because: excess amounts are generally not stored in the body; they are excreted via the kidneys in the urine. Even when taking several products containing these vitamins, an acute overdose is unlikely as long as the recommended daily intake (e.g., according to the NRV – Nutrient Reference Values) is not significantly exceeded.
